Note: this has nothing to do with the all-tech theme of OT but about the structure in which threads are displayed. You only get to see the 8 OT categories and then only the 1 thread in each category that has recently been modified. I think it would be better to mimic the structure in the applications forum, where you can see the different categores but you can also see a bunch of threads right from the beginning.
