The size and look of the case is same as normal cases.

BTW,
wanna ask about the DC-in cable.
If I get one such "charing-case"
I will need one more DC-in cable at office.
Will the cable be "standard" cable that i can get at local stores?
Or need to buy one from Sony ??

I have one of these cases.

It is a decent case and works as advertised. I have the following complaints about it:

1. It does not fit with the extended battery attached.
2. Seems like the case is not great protection. The case seems just a tad small so the edges of the PDA are exposed.
3. It is sort of hard to get the PDA in and out of the case (which I have to do to use the extended battery). After a while, I got used to yanking it on and off, however.
4. The Mini USB Port is VERY hard to plug a cable into. Its quite a tight fit.

Overall, it works decently as a portable charging dock so I do not have to bring that charging cradle with me on business trips.

Are there any battery to usb converters? If not, can we make one - ie use a battery and attack to the USB part of the port where it draws power and so we can sorta have an alternative to a EB40.

Look for it at pdasurplus or semsons.
