Yep, I started a thread on this yesterday. I've been trying it and really like the idea. I just wish it moved faster.

also wished that it didnt have the black circle and just rendered on the background....
Rondo Annesso (http://homepage1.nifty.com/abby/PalmTech/RonDo/annesso_trial.html) was one of my favorite launchers for my N710. However, the launcher was in Japanese and it wasn't developed for OS5 anymore. That launcher was what I remembered when I first saw Rotary QLauncher.
I forget the name of the Cliesource member who was trying to translate and rewrite Rondo Annesso. One day he just stopped emailing me. I hope he's fine wherever he is.

I like the idea, but would like to have more apps per button. Maybe a slightly transparent backgrpund would be nice. And definately faster!

Rotary has been updated. The black circle has been replaced with a transparent one and a significant speed upgrade.

I just downloaded this app and really like the concept but...
I'm a UX user and I can't select an application. It works when I press the hardbutton; the circle with the applications appears, but when i have the app I want at 12 and let go of the button, nothing happens.
Wondering if this is a UX issue. I don't have any other programs working with the hardbuttons at the moment.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

This seems to be a UX issue. I don't know why this is happenning but I'll be trying another launching method in the next version. Btw, what happens when you release the hard button? Does the applications continue to rotate? Or does it just stay static?

Nothing. The circle disappears. The rotation is fine, and seems to stop when you get to the app you want. Let go and the circle disappears and you are still in the app you started in.
Thanks for following up on it.
