Not sure about the availability in the US, but MS can be found with the following functions:

Bluetooth (SONY PEGA-MSB1)
GPS (SONY PEGA-MSG1)
camera (SONY PEGA-MSC1)

I'm not sure any MS addon is a good idea, especially those that require a lot of memory like GPS maps. Heck, just for Houston metro, StreetFinder takes up 8MB of my MS. If you take the MS out and put the MSG1 (that is if you can ever use it here in the States, which will be a good news to some people), where are you going to get the maps from? Not from your limited RAM capacity. Even my Garmin eTrex Vista has dedicated 24MB RAM for maps.
