icon help in DateBk5 preview#8

I got the DateBk5 preview#8 update and now my icons won't work. I was using the cliesourse hi res icon set and now it says it can't support the hi res. I removed the icons as well as the dbIcon+ program from my n760c. Could someone tell me what to reinstall and how to get my icons to work in preview#8?

You need a program called Icon Manager to work with hi-res icons. dbicon+ doesn't work with them at the moment.
