Cleaning up app remnants

I'm using PowerRun to get my programs onto my ms, but what about all the little leftovers, databases, files, etc. that didn't follow the apps? Is there a good way to figure out where I should put them and get them on my ms too?

You can use Systool a freeware app or some file managers to look at the creator ID's.

Then go to this link to cross ref creator ID's:

http://dev.palmos.com/creatorid/

Some little files need to stay in RAM, so be careful :)!
