Credit at Palm One

I returned a defective T5 cradle to P1 (I bought it with a coupon). Now I'm showing a negative balance on my account :mad: . The P1 site gives you no clue on how to reuse this credit :( . I got one e-mail confirming the return, but again no instructions about using the credit.
Does anybody have any ideas/ suggestions?
