Clie Rmc

Hello all,

I made a real bone head move over the weekend. I accidently removed the A/V amp portion of the Clie RMC in MS Gate. I for some unknown reason thought I was just deleting entrys that I saved.

Does anyone know if this launcher cxan be restored? Even if it means initializing the original format....that would be OK. I know it doesnt seem like a big deal to most people...however in my buisness as The Project Manager for a custom Home Theater Design and Install Company I use it a lot. especially the TV,DVD & AMP IR Codes.

So......PLEASE HELP

I think it is on the original installation disk.

OK, I ran install again...it is still the same. Should I Delete the launcher as a whole first than reinstall?....oooh boy not sure?

it u delete everything w/ that hard reset or w/e its called u will get it back but lose all you data

Clie RMC IS on the CD that came with the handheld. I willing to bet if you deleted the app from your Clie and then reinstalled it, everything would be back to normal.

TRY IT BEFORE YOU HARD RESET!

Well, Guys I think I tried nearly everything....except what works.
Now the AMP is back but for Sony's only. Still nothing else. Did not do hard reset. Cant afford to lose everything else.

Anymore tricks or ideas? Getting desperate.

if you go to the sony handheld directory and open RMC the DB files will be ther and you can install them. It should fix the problem.

wow i just noticed that what i wrote made no sense!!

if you do hard reset, use the trial of backupbuddy first, so that everything gets back on there.
