Nz 90 will not power up :<

When i use the power slide all that happens is that the green power light flashes 3 times...when i try a soft reset the pda screen lights on..i get the date/time screen and a HOLD message then it shuts off.....when i do a hard reset it does the same.....grrrr....

Look at the switch located next to the Power-Switch. It is named "HOLD" and used to disable all buttons on the machine to prevent it from being switched on in yout pocket. The behaviour you described is exactl what happens when the CLIE is set to HOLD.

i've had the similar thing happen a few times... it scares you for a minute until you realize the "hold" button is on!!

funny, that you reseted and everything... a perfectly good NZ in a retaining wall would have been sad!!
