I NEVER thought I would say this <gulp> but I am looking at the first launcher EVER that I like better than ZLauncher (that hurt to say)
WOW! This really runs fast and smooth on my T5 :D and loaded with functionality!
Just emailed Megasoft to see if they still have a record of my old old old serial. If there is an upgrade price....I'm there!

My only complaints [open to suggestions/fixes here, guys] is that you apparently have to make a link for every app on the MS and that the really neat To-Do 'crawl" at the top shows my future To-Dos out to Stardate 37864. You can't just see due-today and over-due.

If you go to menu/interface manager/calendar panel/scrolling options/edit, you can change the ToDo pulldown to "Today and Priority" or "Top Priority". I'd like to see one or two more options added like just "Today" so I'll drop megasoft a email.

Boris at Megasoft got right back to me on this.
He sez that's what it does now......roll-your-own-links and ALL To-Dos. Sounded like they are open to adding to it on future releases.
Most developers I have written to liked the input. Send in your thoughts....... can't hurt.

SupSai- I don't use priorities. May have to start setting a low-Pri for those Stardate ToDos though...... I really love that scrolling feature.

I got MegaLauncher 5.5! I love it. Nice feel and look. Intuitive handling!
Anyone who knows where to get free category icon sets...the free one they provide is a bit "boring".
I love the cobalt skin they have 4 free!

I've so far decided not to upgrade to MegaLauncher 5.x because apps on a memory card (in the Launcher folder) do not show up seamlessly but rather have their own "category." It's different in ML 4.x, where apps on the card appear seamlessly, along with apps in main memory, in the single set of categories I assign them to. I suppose I could add TealAlias, but does anyone know of another way to make this work? I gather that there's some way to manually create "links" to apps on the card, but I don't know how. I'll be grateful for any help, and please let me know if I'm not being clear in describing my problem.

You just have to make categories/tabs and then drag-n-drop from the "card"tab. A radio-button box pops up for shortcut/move/copy.
Kinda tedious. Then they just hang there like the rest of the apps, but with a lil' MScard blue dealie to show they are shortcuts to the card.
That's what I meant by roll-your-own......LOL

Apps that get loaded on the card in the palm/launcher directory show up in the card tab. If I want it in another tab, just 'tap and hold' for a popup list and select "create a link". Then just choose where you want it. It's really just as easy as moving an app from the "unfiled" tab to any other in ZL.

After testing for more than a week, I'm going with ML55 :D

What type of compression is offered by ML? Is it ML proprietary or is it something like .zip which can be manipulated by other apps?

I really like the look and feel of ML5.5.The only thing I can't find is some attractive iconsets. Does anybody know if there are any?

I was interested to see that ML can do backups and restore from you pictures of the program on T5. Did you manage to use that function successfully on your T5?
