If you are looking for the TH55 there is always Ebay. Otherwise you can find it at Expansys (www.expansys-usa.com). For the refurbished they are charging about as much as what was originally charged for a new unit, but they are about the only place I have found that actually has them. They have the US refurb, US new, and UK new (if you need bluetooth). I bought a US refurb and I am so far happy with it.
Hope this helps.

That really sucks.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
I've put so much time into making my TH run how I like that I would be extremely dismayed at it's loss.

I do know that it must be hard to loose a PDA-it is almost like loosing a part of the brain... However, be happy that you weren't injured. I already was expected by 15 Nazis in the Aula of my school-possibly not only for beeing exam witness of their leader, but also for a raid afterwards... BTW, I did escape them, but only via a pretty difficult series of tricks!
I may feel satiric now-but trust me, be happy that you still have your ***** in one piece...
Gosh, I'm so sorry. If you used Hotsync, you can regain all of your data and prefs.

On this subject, does anyone recommend what is the best software to install on our TH55s so that someone who steals a PDA and tries to HotSync inadvertently sends over the Internet a tracer? I thought I heard about something like this, and it sounds like a great idea.

I did have a lot of very important and valuable info in my clie! :( as a lawyer a PDA/daytimer are a important tool.
however I have a back up of all my data an all tdelicate info in my clie have passwords! if the as* ho^# that stole my clie wants to use it he will have to hard reset and format the memory card, so all my info will be lost!! I hope and all my software as well at list. just to think about it make me  and
I bought a th55/e from the classifieds here. I am just waiting to receive the parcel!

i don't never keep my th55 in lock.. i have so secured (all holes are blocked)system that there is not even possible to destroy data :p... so if someone stoles my th55 i don't have to worry about single thing, for example that she/he could see my private information :D

Stories like this tempt me into chaining mine to my arm!!!
I'm glad you got a replacement - That and the backups should have you back up and running.
I wish the full force of Murphy on the git that nicked it!
