Greetings, all.

I was just curious if anyone knew a way to convert WordSmith to QuickWord and back again internally (meaning, on the device itself).

I have QuickOffice Premium (with the native file format support) as well as Snappermail, so I can now retrieve and edit Word files on my NR70V with my Bluetooth stick. Thing is, I STILL prefer WordSmith to QuickWord, and I was wondering if anyone knew a way to convert between the two?

I write heavily with my CLIE (fiction), and it's nice to be able to email myself "clips" and "scenes" of writing from work and actually get them on my CLIE without waiting to go home merge the "clip" into Word, and them sync it back up to WordSmith.

Anyone know of a less cumbersome way (aside from using QuickWord solely) to use the two programs "interchangeably"? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you save as a DOC file in QW? I thought there was an option to either do this or export as a DOC.

The Wordsmith program comes with a command-line converter that you can install.

Can you put the converter and WS file on MS, then use a card reader at work to convert the file? I think it converts it to RTF. This may not be want you want - may be more trouble even that it is worth.
