hey how would u change the wallpaper on the Clie? I got a NR70u? can u change the theme? and i can't get the damn thing to sync with office 03(outlook)??? help help

If you purchase a third-party launcher like ZLauncher, AppShelf, MegaLauncher, etc., you will be able to change backgrounds, themes or both.

Uninstall USB driver and palm desktiop software. Restart you PC and reload the software that came with the NR70. Try again to synch.
