Is there a list of wireless routers that will work with the Clie WL-100?
I did a search for it and nobody really has a list of what will work.

So if possible, if anybody out there has successfully connected to a wireless router/hub/switch (please specify if you can hotsync also), would you please reply to the post in the Wireless Forum.

I'll try to get a list running and update it as much as possible.

Also, can the administrators of the forum set it up where this thread stays on top (kinda like a sticky).

Please note...I would prefer to only list routers/hubs/switch that will work with the PEGA WL100 only and not bluetooth. One list at a time. Hehehehehe.

Anyway, let me start off first:

Cisco Aironet AP350.
Not working
Have Cisco engineers looking into it.
Cisco base station sees the mad address of the WL-100 but cannot ping it.
Clie gets connected but will not browse (network timed out).
If solution found by Cisco engineers, I'll post the solution.

Were you able to hotsync with both the wireless routers too?

Netgear MR-814. Doesn't Hotsync, but haven't tried that hard to get it to either. Don't want to mess around with manually setting all the addresses and such.... 100% hookup for web browsing on all auto settings.

Apple AirPort (not the new Extreme, but the older graphite model) works fine, including WEP, MAC filtering and non-advertised SSID.

The D-Link DI-614+ wireless broadband router works flawlessly. I can sync, access the Internet via DSL and as an added bonus have WEP enabled. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a wireless router that supports DSL or Cable broadband connections and has 4 wired ports as well.

For those of you interested in Bluetooth connectivity.....
I have the Belkin Bluetooth Access Point plugged into on of the wired ports of the D-Link DI-614+. This allows Bluetooth networking on my internal LAN. Bluetooth devices can also access the Internet through the WAN port of the D-Link DI-614+.
