Is there a way I can download the files on my memory stick and read the news form there. The files are getting better and there isn't enough space on my PDA.

Web Companion has an options for downloading to memory stick. Look in "options".

THanks RMCF. It works. Its so cool and now I can download news on my Memory Stick. I have another question . Is there a way I can download news from other sites not mentioned in the Mobipocket? Like I am a big sports fan I would like to down a bunch of stuff from Yahoo sports but it just shows me the main headlines. Can I write like a script or something on my own?

You can use the Mobipocket eNews Creator (product part of the Mobipocket Creator publishing software) to create your own eNews channels. You can also share them so that they appear in the Web Companion eNews repository (search button in the Web Companion interface).

The thing that makes Mobipocket bad for reading news is that there are no hardware buttons support. Made me go back to iSilo.

What do you mean by "no hardware buttons support"? It works well with the 5-way button on my Palm.

You can't program button a say, to put the text into fullscreen mode like you can on plucker/isilo etc. It does work with jog dial/directional pad, you are right. But not programmable.
