Clie Launcher Skin Help!

Does anyone know how to change the Clie Launcher skin? Do you need a special program? I'm totally lost.

"Menu > Options > Preferences > Display"

there's "Icon", "Icon (Small)", etc.

I think spacecow meant how to change Clie Launcher's skin, not the way the icons are displayed.
