Well, I've just picked up a 256 Mb MS Pro. It is compatible with my NX70V, as well as my V505 laptop. I didn't have to do anythng, no patch or something, just insert it the MS slot in both machines and it started to work right away. However, I haven't noticed any performance gain. It didn't feel speedier or somethng....
The price is HKD 1080, which is roughly £87 or EUR 127. If you ask me whether it is well spend money, YES, as I don't have to carry 2 x 128 Ms anymore. And it costs roughly the same price as two 128 MS together, in other words it didn't cost me a arm and a leg.
