T5: Versamail annoyance

I would like to ask all T5 owners if they face this problem:
When I open up an email message, the Dpad does not work if you try to scroll up and down the message.

Otherwise the Dpad works scrolling from email to email.

In another PDA forum, someone claims he can scroll up and down within an email Versmail message using the Dpad. Would appreciate more feedback here if others can or cannot do so. Thanks

It depends if message is or not in html-mode.
With plain text messages everything is fine but with html it wouldn't work properly.
That's what I have noticed.

Yes, I have the same problem with my T5. I can´t scroll up or down when I am reading a message. It works fine from message to message.

Also, does anyone have problems to open versamail message attachments (T5 users)?

By the way, I also have a T3 and the scrolling thing with the dpad works fine. The problem is only with the T5, which doesn´t make any sense.

The other problem I mentioned with the T5 is that it seems very unstable when you open attachments. Sometimes it works, but most of the time I get error messages or no action at all (error: no valid Ids)

It works when I changed from html to text. Disapointing, but at least it´s partially solved.

I still get messages like "not valid attachment IDs" sometimes (very often actually) when I try to open up my T5 versamail attachments. Has someone a fix for that?
