In January 2004, I bought a Toshiba E335 with Pocket PC 2002 (http://www.pdabuyersguide.com/toshiba_e330.htm) $120 (open-box item at Best Buy). PDA originally sold for $399. It was in Like-New condition, and included all the accessories and software.
Came with very nice and sturdy cradle. Probably the best I've seen for a PDA.
Also bought:
2nd cradle ($10) and 2nd AC Adapter ($13) - Both were on clearance.
Belkin Auto Adapter, which also can charge/connect through USB port on computer ($13) - on clearance.
Belkin Leather wallet-style case made for the E335 ($1) at a discount store. Case normally sells for around $20 - $30.
3 Belkin Stylii - $2 on clearance
Lexar 256mb SD card - $50 (prices have fallen a lot since).
Kingston 512mb SD card - $10 after rebates. This card sucks!!! Write speeds are way too slow. :( It is manufactured by Toshiba. So are PNY SD cards. Avoid memory cards manufactured by Toshiba.
The majority of my software is freeware. You can find lots of freeware for Pocket PC's in the link in my signature below.
You can also find some of my recommended Pocket PC freeware at My Website (http://www.geocities.com/rd100_online/PocketPC_Freeware.html) :)

I own a hp1910. I think I paid $250 for it. The only accessory I have for it is Vaja leather case. I bought it in Dec 2002 and used it until April 2004 when I got my T|3. I loved how small it is, it reminds me of my Palm Vx and m515 which I have owned in the past. A great device, except it didn't have any wireless options and the SD slot was not SDIO.

I have a HP iPAQ rx3715. I love it. My mom found it online for $417 (MSRP $499) I got a 512MB SanDisk SD card at Costco for $45, And I also purchased a PDair metal case. I'm thinking about getting the BT Headphones (http://www.shopping.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpdirect/shopping/scripts/product_detail/product_detail_view.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1518568996.1105391018@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccckadddigiekmicfngcfkmdflldfgg.0&product_code=FA303A%23AC3&catLevel=2) and mabye an extended battery.
I love how the cradle can charge the PDA via USB, so I don't need to buy a 2nd AC adaptor when I travel or whatever. The camera is lackluster. It takes very dark photos indoors. My LG cameraphone takes much brighter pictures. I love the WiFi. It gets great range, and the battery seems to hold up okay. Pocket IE is crap, but I use NetFront 3.1 (I hope 3.2 comes out for PPC soon) and pages render great. I don't use BT that much, mostly for file xfer with my PC. I love ActiveStink, I think that it it way better than Hotsync. My iPAQ also has a 92MB filestore, that's where I install most of my programs and games. I miss SmartList To Go, but Pocket Excel is okay for the databases I have. Since I got my iPAQ, there has been 2 ROM updates released. :/
The screen is okay, it's bright, but it has a bit of a yellow tint on the right side and has a very limited viewing angle. Although it has a 400MHz processor, the OS feels a bit slow, but it's not that bad and graphics intensive games play fine.

Apple Newton. Oh yeah. It still has the best handwriting recognition out of all of them, even the tablet PC one. Only Apple Ink beats it, and that's because it's based on an even more refined Rosetta (the basis of the NewtonOS 2.0 HWR).
I own an HP4705 and have now officially retired my Sony NX70 :(
Bought it for $600 and have about every accessory you can buy along with a ton of software. It was an expensive conversion, however I'm glad I made the change. Love the built in BT and WIFI, along with the screen and two card slots.
Also quite happy to see that 1scr has added a Non-Palm area.

Hp Ipaq rx3115 - paid $469 Canadian and came with a free cradle. 512 mb sd card. Didn't want to spend the extra cash for the camera that came with the rx3700 series, and i'm loving it so far. I moved from a tg50. My ipaq performs really well and am pleased with the switch.

I had a Sidekick and a Sidekick Color, which is a smartphone, but it sucked. I thought it would be hard to switch to another device that looked and had more features then the Sidekick plus a keybaord but the UX40 is perfect. But, I am thinking about getting a Windows Mobile device. I'll wait until my device goes out of date first and Windows Mobile 2005 devices come out. My main reason for change is for cheaper memory and Windows Media Player. I want to stream via WiFi.
BTW, how can you own so many devices Foghead? The only old devices I still have that is in my sig is the Sidekick Color and the Nokia 3390 and I can't stand to look at my Sidekick Color.

Currently have an HP iPaq 4355 as my personal PDA and believe I purchased this for about $240 brand new in box from Ebay about 4 or 5 months ago. As for accessories, I've purchased, screen protectors, a Krusell Leather case and had to do some modding to it, and and old school Fellows Stowaway folding keyboard that connects through the PDA's serial port. I needed to file down a smart part of the keyboard to get it to fit right but prefer them over IR or Bluetooth keyboards.
I also have a Treo 600, 650, and currently as of today an XDAIII Pocket PC. These I got for Free :D
It's nice to have a job where every 2 to 4 months they buy you another PDA / Smart Phone.

For some of my database apps, I still use my Texas Instuments Avigo 10 (Don't Laugh), my first true PDA - but still works. Lately with the downfall of the Sony Clie, which I'm in the process of selling my UX-50, I've been considering one of the Sharp Zaurus(C-1000 or C-3000), but not sure to make that kind of leap.
