how to warm/hard reset an NX73

Boy do I feel stupid posting this as I've had an NX70 since they first shipped, but I just got an NX73 in Europe, and I can't get the unit to do a hard reset. I thought I'd just hold down the power button while pressing reset, but that doesn't seem to do it.
Also curious how to do a warm reset on this unit.

I have an NX80 but it should be the same. Depress & Release the reset while holding down the power button. Continue to hold the power button for about 1 or 2 additional seconds then release. It should bring you to a screen that asks page up to delete all. Press the page up button. Remember it will back up everything unless you delete it off of your computer also. Good Luck
