i guess my wife just got fed up with me bickering about the Clie VZ90.... and finally, she got me a VZ90 for my birthday!!!

Wives are the best. When I got engaged (read managed to scrounge together enough for an engagment ring...) she got me my UX. It is even more special too me since it's from her.

however... as for my wife... she's beginning to complain why i spend more time with my VZ90 than with her...

and all i could say is that this would pass, since, basically im in the process of making the VZ90 "productive," ie., settings, installation of apps, etc.

Same here.... My girfriend says that I spend more time with my PDA than with her. She calls my PDA my second girlriend!!!

Me too.

I have a little program called chime that reads out the time in a female voice. We were over at friends place having a couple glasses of wine and the PDA said the time. So we got started talking about PDAs.

My wife says sarcastically,

"I just can't compete for attention with that b;tcth."

Somehow I found the perfect women...

what is the name of that app?

i think i could play a trick on my wife - maybe a sweet sexy voice that i have a massage apointment, etc... with the VZ's built-in stereo speakers, this would be so cool...

I'm afraid that chime isn't good for much other than reading you the time. (Even that is a little weird, as the tempo of the speach is too slow.) BTW, if anyone hears of a text to speach app for alarms, drop me a note.

I constantly have reminders going off and little blips and beeps. She knows that I need this to keep up with the "honey-do" list and the rest of my life. She just barely puts up with it....
