NX60 discontinued??????

Has the NX60 been discontinued?  It i snow gone from the Best Buy, CompUSA and i think Circuit City....IS something coming that will surprise us all?????

Well if it has, Sony hasn't said so on it's web site. We all know newer models will be forthcoming as Sony has stated that this will be the year of clies. The NZ90 didn't obsolete anything, it only validated the NX series. We shall see what happens. Sounds like your really anxious to part with some money ;)?

Your right Best Buy just droped it as I check their website two days ago. But Staples and Circuit City both still have it listed as of today and they are stilla asking $499.99. I do hope this means something is comming sooner than some of the other threads have projected.

And My.Sony still has it for $425 (as they have for over a month now)

So we'll see. Breathlessly anticipating the new spring line.

compusa has it for 429.99. A guy at Circuit City told me it was discontinued about a month ago. They don't have it anymore.

I got mine from an online retailer for $420. That sorta pricedrop usually means it was disco'd. Problem is, what is out there now is no adequate replacement for the NX, so it was still an easy choice.

Now, should the next Sony come out lookin' like Psion's NetBook or Sharp's new clam-shell Zaurus, I'll be handing the NX to my wife in a heartbeat...
