is there anyway i can get skins for the backround of my nr70v screen? if soo what program? any help here?

If you are using a third party launcher such as ZLauncher or YiShow, yes. If you want a background to the built in launcher, I believe there is a program that will do it, I just don't know the name. Do a search on Palmgear and you should be able to find it.
