View Full Version : Timer/Stopwatch Software

I'm looking for a program that acts as a StopWatch/Timer on the Clie. Color and HiRes+ would be nice too. And of course, free doesn't suck! I used to use a program called Cesium but they've stopped updating it and I'm looking for something that runs better on my NX.

I use a stopwatch software by the name of AVtimer. It's not Hi res, not color but it is freeware although I don't think it's being updated anymore. I think I may still have it on my HD somewhere. I'll look for it tonight if you are interested in it.

TikTok is a nice timer/stopwatch app and freeware. MegaClock is a very nice, not free, clock, timer, stopwatch, etc.

Neither is hires+, I haven't seen a hires+ timer/stopwatch app.

I used "Timer 1.2" http://palmgear.com/software/showsoftware.cfm?sid=189793C5-7A3A-4B62-99C606B5CF9C95C9&prodID=14623 it's a $5 shareware. Served it's purpose. Nothing special to look at on my NR70.
Now I am currently using "Big Clock" (can't recall where I got the freeware) because it has the ability to run while I'm accessing other applications, like audio player while on my 'run'.

I use Clock + and it have several more features than just a clock and a timer (counts down or up).

As already mentioned, MegaClock is great...I love the Moon Phases feature that was just added. Pretty cool stuff.

Big Clock is B/W, lo-res freeware that is timer, stopwatch, alarm, and world clock. Highly recommended.

A nice time/stopwatch/clock is something I've been looking for (and still am) in hi-res, without any great solutions so far.

I did find VerzaTimer interesting, although I think a bit pricey at $20.
