Is the version posted on this site (v1.4b) an earlier version of this hack? The one listed on PalmGear (which I think is what I was using before getting my NR70), is listed as v3.0. If this is the same app, what's the difference between the two versions?

Thanks!
Mark

My reason for asking this is due to the crashes on my NR70 caused by the most recent verison I have (and have used w/o problems on previous devices). Anybody know about the one posted here and what's different about this version?

I searched and found THIS (http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=144&highlight=MiddleCapsHack) thread. I don't believe it works on the NR. I think it's got issues with the Virtual Graffiti. (Don't feel bad . . . doesn't work on the NX either....)

Thanks. I guess I'll stick w/Graspeedy for now, which I've been using as an alternative since MiddleCaps went belly up on me. Seems to get the job done. :)

Graspeedy looks interesting....

I have used TealScript's auto cap option, and also MiddleCapsHack....both have not performed ideally.

Are there any Graspeedy issues I should be aware of?

I use a T615C

TIA

I've not come across any issues w/Graspeedy (NR70). The only thing I don't like about it (unless I'm missing some setting) is that you can't turn off the auto shift like you can with MiddleCaps hack, which I loved (and still do) until I realized it crashes my device. So, I'd recommend that you give Graspeedy a try.

Check out Capper at PalmGear--it has worked flawlessly on my NX70. It's similar to MiddleCapsHack but with additional choices regarding the area for caps to be written.

This works great for me.

The standard version of Capper doesn't let you capitalize all strokes that cross the middle line. I have a hacked version (soon to be renamed Capitalizer) at www.georgetown.edu/faculty/ap85/dl/capper.zip that does, though I'm sure it's buggy. It'll only run under OS5.
