Hello - I bought my NX60 today from BB - open box - and they didn't include any cd's with driver software - I need drivers. I've lloked at Sony's site -but couldn't find any- Please point me in the direction I need to go. Thanks - Dana

You need the CD, as it has your manuals and all the necessary applications for the PC desktop, utilities and add-ons. My suggestion is to call Sony and see if they can accommodate you with a replacement CD: 1-877-760-SONY(7669).

Thanks n2ifp but I'm afraid time is an issue -
Since I've now learned how to read, I've found that
BB gave me a disk for the PEG-N760C - I'm thinking that's
the problem.
So - does anyone have a disk image of the disk that comes with the NX60? I'm relatively sure that Sony can get me one, but I'd like to get this working this weekend. Any takers? (or givers).
Thanks and I'll try Sony - it might get here when I get back next month. BTW - is it me or is it strange that Sony doesn't have much of anything on it's support site?
Dana
You need the CD, sorry, try telling SONY you got screwed - it takes forever for them to answer back - I only wish their service was as good as their products. Only very few companies have I ever had great service with and I must put DELL at the top of my list for outstanding service.

If you want to get Palm Desktop installed, you can download it from Sony. There's no link to it from the NX60 or NX70V pages but the other models have it listed and they work fine - just make sure it's version 4.01 - that's what comes on the CD. As far as all the other apps, I can try making an image of the install disk, but I won't have a chance to do so until Friday evening at the earliest.

I would make best buy give you the correct CD, that would be the quickest way. You did pay for the item and the CD makes the item work. So without the CD they should give you your money back on a nonworking item or give you the correct CD to make it work.
