T3 Rhinoskin hard case problem

Anyone using the Rhinoskin hard case for their T3? I'm having the worst trouble with the hinge pin coming out of mine. Luckily, I've found it every time. I'm thinking of taking the thing back to CompUSA, as it's only 3 months old.

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

I have had mine since about May and have not experienced the problem you describe.

Mine is lose, but nothing is falling out yet.
