I am new to Image Converter (v 1.5). I have Quicktime movies recorded with my TH-55 Video Recorder and would like to convert them to .wmv. The files are in a folder on my computer, but when I try to "add the files" the Image Converter cannot locate any of my videos as it does not allow me to go into the folders with the movies.
I am able to locate the movies that are on the handheld (in the data exprt mode) but I am still not sure how I can convert them.
Please help me.
Thanks, Lilijo.

Image Converter is not what you want (It is used to convert other movies *to* the CLIE compatible QuickTime format -- it is not a general purpose movie converter)
First question - why do you want to convert them to .WMV ? You can already play them back on your computer (using QuickTime movie player)
If you wish to convert a .MQV file (QuickTime format) to .WMV, you will need to use a movie converter that can read QuickTime and write WMV. I don't know if there is one program that will do it, but you can do it separately:
#1) open the .MQV file in QuickTime movie player
#2) Export it as a more generic format (eg: AVI holding BMPs, big but less lossy)
#3) Load that temp file into Windows Movie Maker (or Windows Media Encoder) and save as desired WMV format
