I ordered a Sena case online on Saturday, and I received an e-mail that is suppose to be my "receipt".
I have not gotten an e-mail regarding shipping. I sent them an e-mail this morning (i am in the same time zone as them) and have yet to get a reply (it is about 1:30 our time)...
Without a phone number, i'm starting to get worried... do they ship without e-mailing a tracking number? Should I be worried??

I had the same problem when I ordered from them.
They finally answered the email. They appolized for
responding late. I can't remember
if they sent me a tracking # or not.
The case is great, worth the wait.:p

i just bought one myself, no they don't send you a tracking number or anything, not even a shipping confirmation e-mail, but it got here so i wouldn't be worried

3) How long did it take to get to you?? I'm going out of town next week and I wanted it here by the end of this week?? If I ordered it on Saturday, should I get it by this Friday??

I had similar email behavior when I ordered my Sena... and then the case arrived very promptly. It was a few days, if memory serves.

I ordered the magnetic closure case for my 665 on 2/11, and received a confirmation email that same day. I did not receive a subsequent email with shipping/tracking information. But I did receive the case rather quickly...within the week.
I returned the case and it was delivered to Sena on 3/11. I have not received a confirming email or credit to my credit card yet.
