need help on vg and status bar T5

Hi all, happy holidays to you,
I need help on my T5 I did get it yesterday, but my question is how or why does the vg and status bar disappear? i cannot seem to figure out how to get it back did a hard reset and it apperared then after it said to reset i clicked on the reset button and it dissapeared, ugggggh, Dr

Make sure you didn't load on the T3 DIA Compatibility PRCs.
