If you go to ncoday.com's Forum (http://www.ncoday.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15) there's info on how to get misc tv shows and games and stuff (legal) from his ftp.
I've been uploading some stuff on there.
Uploads for me are ~35K-47Kbps
Download are ~50k-67kbps
I use cuteftp.
Just thought I would share the wealth.
