Using an Nr 70

While using MsGate, I discovered a folder labeled Trash, which had some items in it that I thought I deleted. Now I find I can't delete them when I open the Trash and press Delete. I get a message that says:

Current folder is access inhibit

how can I get around this? I tried to delete via Macintosh when I used the MS Import and got the little MS disk on desktop, but it just hung up on me.

Any help is appreciated.

You need to trash that from 'Clie File' on the PDA itself. when you are looking at it from the Mac desktop, the file is in use. You can normally get rid of most ".xxxxx" files. They usually contain resource files from the MacOS. ALWAYS BE CAREFULL WHEN DELETING ANY OF THESE FILE TYPES.

The Trashes files on your MS are placed there by OS X. If you look closely, there is one inside EVERY folder on your MS that you have accessed on your Mac.

I started off deleting them when I mounted my MS at work on a PC (MS Gate doesn't let me touch them either), but they don't seem to be harming anything and they only use 7K, so I leave them alone.

Every time I mount the MS on my Mac, it recreates them anyway, so it was fighting a losing battle.
