I posted quite frequently-- even attempted a petition-- requesting a T-series with VG... I think I've changed my mind on this. To me, the perfect PDA would be:
- NR clamshell case (no CF wifi slot)
- Palm OS 5.2
- 200/400Mhz Intel XScale
- 16mb RAM (15mb available) with 8mb Flash ROM
- 320x480 Hi-Res+ (obviously)
- Dual MemoryStick slots, spaced enough to allow a WiFi/BT stick in one and traditional storage in the other
- NX-series thumboard
- Under 7oz
- 10 hour battery life
This device would be a bit thicker than the T/TG-series but would give you both the keyboard and tablet mode without sacrificing size or weight. With built-in BlueTooth as well they could bypass the dual MS slots; or have a BlueTooth/128mb combo stick...? Is Sony too far past this point with the clamshell devices to step back to a more subtle, simpler approach?
