NO, not at all will that work. You need the PEGA-UC90, it's the only cradle (from Sony) so far to work with the NZ90.

no, either pega uc90 or a standard T series connect with usb sync/charge cable( ones that come with the th55 and nx70)

Yep, I forgot about the connecter (it also comes with the TJ series of Clies, but yet, I just answered about what cradle he would need.
