Hi all,
I am planning to get a GSM/GPRS module for my NX80. All the threads that I found on the internet mostly use AudioVox RTM8000 for this purpose. I found it to be quite expensive. After searching for other GSM/GPRS modules, I found this: Benten BGC-100 GSM/GPRS Card on www.expansys.com. This brand already has CF II interface and it is cheaper than RTM8000.
Has anyone tried this particular brand before? Or has anyone tried any other cheaper brands than RTM8000 and made it work with your NX80?
Is it true that with the current program/driver, we will not know that there is incoming call unless we turn on the unit and hear the ring from the earpiece?
