One word of caution:
I'm not sure if JackFlash operates similarly to how FlashPro worked, but I would recommend disabling ALL hacks or similar programs before doing any moving of files. Why? Because unlike FlashPro, JackFlash seems to automatically do a "Compacting Flash" process intermittently when it determines that it needs to. When it runs is unpredictable (unlike FlashPro, where you had to run the "Defragment Flash" process manually.)
Anyway, I was moving some files to Flash, and JackFlash did a "Compact" process and I got a fatal error. It was fully recoverable, but I am suspecting that it errored because it was trying to move an "in-use" app. I had McPhling and WonderSilk in Flash and enabled, and when JackFlash "compacted" and I got a fatal error. This exact same thing would happen in older versions of FlashPro if you weren't careful.
I cannot verify that this was the actual cause for the fatal error, but it seems logical.
