Quick reference?

What's the best app (if I can get it free, all the better...) for quickly jumping from your current app to another app (e.g. memopad lookup from Diddlebug) w/o leaving the current app?

for example, I hate leaving the address book because it never remembers where I was last but maybe I need to enter a new number that I just wrote in a memo!

You might want to look into DAs. Search the forum for various discussions and links on these cool little things. :)

Yes, DAs are cool stuff. I have 10 of them in my CLIE.

Just to name a few:

If you are in DateBook or any other app and want to add something in MemoPad w/o getting out of DateBook, try daMemoPad.

If you want to lookup a phone number while you are in an app, try Call Lookup DA.

If you want to store several notes that you want to paste them later in several places, try LClipDA.

If you want to run a stopwatch while you are in another app, or even when you are not using the CLIE, or even the CLIE is off, try StopWatch.

McPhling is also nice to have as a DA launcher. It can be use as a Back button, similar to IE Back button. I also use EasyLaunch and DALauncher 4.1b1 as DA launchers.

YellowRose - that website has been last updated in Sept 2000. I think it's a bit outdated by now!
