MegaSoft 2000 Question....

Hi all,

early last week I bought ML4.2 finally, at pdassi.de.
Although pdassi promptly delivered the Unlockcode
and a confirmation-mail, shouldn´t there be also
a confirmation-mail from Megasoft2000, which tells
me, that I´m now be a registered user?

What´s your expierence with this?

I don't know, but however, you do not need a confirmation. Simply type in the serial key and enjoy! :)

My experience was that I didn't get a confirmation from Megasoft, but they did send me an email a week or so later to tell me a new version was available. So install and enjoy... best launcher by far, in my view.

Thank´s for your replies,

just wondered, if M-Soft will provide me the
unlock code for future releases. Would be
helpfull if they let one know, that they added
one to their users-database.
Besides that, I think, it´s not too much customer-service,
to say "Thank´s for your purchase, welcome to Msoft, you´re
now a registered user of our Product XXX".... or something
like that.

Just a thought....

The Megasoft group has ALWAYS send me an email with a new unlock code whenever an upgrade was made in their software that required a new unlock code or if a significant new version was released.

I have been VERY pleased with their customer support and I LOVE MegaLauncher 4.2 and MegaClock.
