T5 Hard reset/ now help me find my file in backup..

Alright..
I know I screwed up.

I accidentally deleted a required Versamail file. The only way I found to get it back was to do a hard reset. After the hard reset, the restore hot synchronization failed to work twice.

So I just started reinstalling my files one by one from the PalmOne backup folder.

Can you guys tell me which files in that folder restore my Contacts. I have everything restored but this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to restore your contacts to your Palm Desktop and then choose Contacts -> Desktop overwrites handheld, from HotSync manager.

I've experienced the same problem. Seems the T5 needs some time in the background to perform a proper shut down. Try it like this:
Hold the power button for some time until you perform the reset. Stay in "power + reset" mode also for some time until you release the reset. Release power only when the PALM logo appears. Now you should be able to erase all data.
