View Full Version : NZ90 - RAM shortages

I have a NZ-90 and would like to know if I can install programs to the memory stick and run them from there rather than installing them to the internal RAM. I have MapSonic GPS and it requires loads of RAM to run properly but I'm not too happy at the prospect of clearing all my much needed programs off the handheld in order to use GPS everytime I need to use it.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Two must have apps for the NZ are Powerrun and Jackflash.

Powerrun will allow you to run your programs from the card rather than memory and is much better than installing to the card directly.

Jackflash will allow you to use some of your ROM to store certain applications. It will give you an extra 2MBs or so.
