Aside from the additional launguages on the european version, can we expect any other differences between the TG50 sold in the US and the sold in Europe?
Thanks for any comments.....

Apparently the TG 50 will arrive in the UK in two weeks. Most shops however like dixons or comet never heard of the TG50....

The European model will most likely have more ROM to accomodate the additional language packs needed.

Well, Thanks for the reply... didn't think Euro models came with more memory... I just thought they'd have less ROM available because taken up by the xtra languages.....
HOWEVER...
On clie planet I saw the following comment:

If you are waiting for JackSprat to be released for your OS5 device here's a sobering email from Brayder Tech Support- "Subject: Re: Brayder Tech Support Query: Sony has made it impossible for us to support their OS 5 devices with JackSprat. Sorry." Thanks to Kenny

This is really sad news... especially for euro clie users, who therefore won't be able to erase the extra languages from ROM.

Luckily, I was so keen to get the TG50 that I ordered it on Sonystyle US, had it shipped to my office in the US, who will then in turn ship it to me in Italy asap....:D

usualy the US model comes with more programs.

For example when I got my NR70V in the UK it didn't come with clie mail and many of the 3rd party apps.
