i got my NX80V the first time it hit the shelves here in japan - and this about a year-and-a-half ago...
i was just wondering whether my battery has already gotten bad...
i installed an application called BatteryGraph
had my Clie fully charged
through a known "trick," i have made the Clie NOT TO TURN OFF
just left BatteryGraph running (not much load on the CPU), with the brightness at about 10% (backlight on)
the results would be at about 35% (3870 mV) at 4 hours and 44 minutes
does anyone think i have a bad battery, and should start saving for a replacement one? its about only US$60 here in japan...
thanks in advanced!!!

i got about 20% (3800 mV) remaining after 5 hours and 20 minutes
could i then say it is still okay?

Minimal brightness - 3:00 hr on and I'm at 58%, 3990mv. I'll post again at 4:44 and 5:20 and let you know where I'm at.

4:05 and I've already reached 35% battery at 3870mv, I think I have the problem.

5:36 - 13% at 3760mv.

thanks for taking the time to try some tests on your own... i really appreciate the comparison that it provides...
however, as for your unit having the problem - i dont think a couple of tests would be sufficient for judgement
as i was just wondering if there are some other NX80V users out there that could share their experience

well, i guess i have no problem with my battery...
i made another test - having the NX80V continuously play a 15-minute scene from a martial arts documentary video (encoded from VCD MPEG1 to the Movie Player format of the Clie)...
as like before, it has the same amount of brightness at 10%, with the video playing at 320 by 320 pixel resolution...
based on the results (see attached pic), i would say that the NX80V is more than capable of playing an entire DVD, and still have a lot to spare before dropping down to 10% (wherein all operations halt)...
