I am an avid pda user, have both Zire 71 and Sony Clie UX-50 and i am about ot go on a trip soon. I am going to California which is a 5 hour trip from here in New Jersey. I probably kick back on the plane or in the terminal and watch a couple movies on the UX-50 (not bragging ) but after the battery dies down on the clie, it is time for some serious bejewled 2 playing. The problem is playing bejewled 2, with highest brightness, my Zire 71 is down in about 2 hours or so. And with a 5 hour trip, and 3 hours of waitng in terminal, ect. i will get bored real fast. My question i have been looking at buying the power to go sled from palmOne for a while now. Its only 50 bucks, so value is good. I would just like to know what you think i should do. I also want to hear what you think about it if you use it, battery life, comments. ect. All the info i can get is good.

Thanks,
~Andrew

I have heard that the sled will recharge a T|3 about 2-3 times. Brighthand (www.brighthand.com/article/Hands_On_the_Palm_Power_to_Go?site=Palm) has a good review of the sled.

I hope this helps.

Yes I do use one with my T3 and it is very useful when you need to use for Palm for hours on end. I have used it to take lecture and meeting notes the whole day long with my PPK and it just runs and runs and runs like the Energizer bunny ;)

Been using it for a month now with my T3. The sled allows me to use my PDA practically the entire day without turning it off.

I'll also say the sled is excellent. The T3 would be near worthless without it! I use my constantly just as the others have said.

I have one as well, and I can recommend it. You can, however, find it MUCH cheaper than $50! Take a look on Pricegrabber.

A few guys had it at the PalmuserGroup and liket it pretty much-especially because of the ReactorToGo-bind two of them together and have them charge each other for double capacity;-P..

Looks like we have an EB40 mock. LOL :P The EB40 is a extended battery specially designed for the UX series. I knew Sony made the right decision in making an extended battery for the UX series. Mobile Power.
