How to overwrite contacts file on T5

I have a T5 which I use as a secondary PDA. My TC is my primary PDA. What is the best way to periodically overwrite the T5 contacts information with the more up-to-date addressbook information from my TC? I am a little confused with the addressbook vs contacts database differences between the two devices and how best to accomplish this. I don't need the info synced, just overwritten on the T5.

If I'm not mistaken, assuming you have two different hotsync id's, in the Palm Desktop, on your TC Contacts screen, do a select all (Ctrl-A), schange to your T5 user (upper right), and in the contacts screen, do a Paste (Ctrl-V). Then, hotsync your T5.
