See, N2IFP, you were right all along...:p

Actually, it got stuck in a fatal error loop. I forget the number, but it was an "invalid ID" requiring a soft reset. Couldn't fix it even with multiple cache cleanings. I don't know what made it go bad.
I fixed it with a fresh reinstall. The bad news is it's hard to get to the required 6megs of unpacking ram needed to reinstall. The good news is after a thorough cleaning of leftover files with Netfront AND Picsel reinstalled I am now at 3.2 megs of RAM available. Still have to pull over my TV guide listings though.
Now to work on re-entering all my bookmarks!!!!

get jackflash, stuff it in ram.. then if it freaks out, must be the preferences file (which what it probably was)...

get prefmanager, kill the preferences for netfront next time...

(or am I the only one that uses prefmanager?)

Actually I just did exactly that. Stuffed it in RAM... I'll check out pref's manager as well. Could I have just deleted the appropriate file and let Netfront rebuild it ? I see a NETprefs file of 4.2k. Is that it?

no... sorry, just checked... netfront uses database files, not prefs... you can loot at all the files... they all start with NF3
