Hi everyone. I received a PEGA-UC55 cradle, and wanted to be able to HotSync without taking the TH55 out of my Sena flip case. Basically, the space between the clear plastic supporting back and the connector wasn't wide enough to allow the CLIE to sit in the cradle with the added thickness of the leather.

So I took the cradle apart with my scredriver and found that the section where the hotsync button comes off when unscrewed. Then I thought, what if i put some spacers in there before screwing it back together to widen the gap? So with a sharp razor and some leftover plastic from some Gundam model, I put a tiny spacer between the hotsync button section and the base of the cradle. Now my CLIE can sit comfortably with enough space without having to remove the case! I'm so happy!

Pictures of this are in the Sony gallery. The pic with the case is without the TH55 in it since I was using it to take the picture. But it give you an idea of how well it sits in there now.

Anyone else ever done this? Sorry if this has been posted or discussed before.
