Don't buy from SonyStyle

Sony Style sucks- I ordered my TG50 last Thursday at lunchtime and finally received my tracking number on Sunday at noon. I went to the FedEx website and the tracking number they gave me is not even entered into the system yet- which means it still hasn't shipped and I won't get it until tomorrow. I have called several times to cancel and no one cares or give a dam about customer service. SonyStyle really SUCKS and I encourage everyone to not order from them.

Well I did the same thing and bought last thursday and got tracking but its not in the system yet.

I called and customer service tried cancelling it but she said that if it has been processed then I have to refuse the package.

Just call fedex once tracking is valid and tell them to return product and go buy it in a store?

Well ordering on thursday and it being shipped on monday is not bad at all. 2 days before being shipped is the norm. Im sure the tracking number will work sometime later today. Fedex does not operate on saturday or sunday.

I run a business that relies on the post office for shipping. it seems like some people think that if they pay $4 for shipping that they will get it the next day. Just calm down and enjoy life! A week aint gonna kill you :-)

I'm in the same boat here. I ordered thursday evening and I received my sony email with the tracking number yesterday (sunday) at 2:50 pm. Its now 6:06 pm (monday) est and the fedex web site still says "not found". Maybe I'm just used to places like pcconnection where you order at night and get it the next day. I guess we shouldn't expect that from one of the largest electronics manufacturers in the world.

Go to Best Buy, buy one, then give them the new one from Sonystyle when it arrives.

I think they will know that it's not from their store when they scan the bar code in- but otherwise a great idea for sure.
