just installed

i just installed my palm desktop and can't hotsync.

It's plugged in and compu recognises taht i'm trying to add the device. It ask for driver. I have the original installation cd. Why can't i connect.

aights i got it working...
new problem

when i try to take picture it goes into a automatic restart so i can't use the camera function ...anyone got a clue what the problem is? I did a hard reset so it's not a software.. i think

so after a hard reset and with nothing new (non factory installed) installed yet it hangs?
