Hello,

as far as I am aware, the two main media players for Palm Os are Kinoma and MMPlayer. I would appreciate if you could advise me which one you prefer and why. Also, from what I underastand, noone plays wmv files. Which one supports most formats?

Thanks

I dont' have a perference as I don't really have time to watch movies (or have the patience to encode them). Kinoma plays Kinoma files. You first have to convert the movie on the desktop to a Kinoma file (using Kinoma producer). As far as what types the Kinoma producer application accepts, I have no idea.

mmplayer will play lots of different filetypes (natively without conversion). You can probably find out exactly which ones from their website www.mmplayer.com (I think).

Thanks applejosh!

I tried a reial version of Kinoma Player 3 EX and it is good, but I don't like the idea of converting the files, as I don't have much time and patience for that. I checked the MMPlayer file, but it doesn't mention anything about wmv files. Also, according to Lance's list, it has medium compatibility with the T5.
