Font Trouble

I'm having trouble with the font on my NZ90 pda. My friend beamed me a memo from an older NX70 Sony pda and it came up with 3/4 of the type cut off. It is totaly unreadable. I have had other notes from a differend brand beamed to me and I can read that fine. Whats wrong?

I had the same prob when I installed and incompatible version of Docs to Go. The issue was resolved when I upgraded. HTH ;)
